Lamb Novelty Privacy StatementI, Mike Lamb, sole Owner of Lamb Novelty respects the privacy of YOU, the customer. I do not provide ANY information regarding YOU to any unrelated third parties. As a matter of fact, I don't know of any third parties. If I did, I would not attend the party... unless the food was real good. As you have already figured out, my website is NOT safe, secure, or encrypted. If you email me personal information, "anyone" (esp. individuals who have no life), has access to YOUR personal information, be it your phone number, email address, full name, or home address. This is no different than any other "unsecure" website on the internet.
When I process your credit card, your credit card
number and expiration date are destroyed immediately. I do NOT keep
files (I do keep receipts - Uncle Sam requires it of me) on YOU, the
customer. So, if you are a repeat customer, I will always ask you
for the same information (again & again). If this is an
inconvenience, please shop somewhere else. My warehouse and office
are a safe haven, but I do not like to keep that information around.
